My first contact with the Gene Keys was in October 2019 during the Personality Typing Summit: through different systems and practices, this event offered us to discover the unique gifts, patterns and talents from our personality type and embody them as a path to life, love and prosperity! No need to say that, as someone who is passionate about self-discovery and the unseen, I had no hesitation to sign up.

d Rudd, founder of Gene Keys®, introduced the lecture “Unlock your Higher Purpose through the living wisdom hidden in the Keys of your DNA”. The Gene Keys are a living wisdom and through the contemplation of the unique sequences of the Keys linked to our DNA, we can gain acces to their teaching.These are teaching to imbibe, contemplate and apply in your daily life. As you allow them to percolate inside you, one by one your trouble will begin to fade away, and you will find yourself inhabiting a new and brighter life. This is the power to unlock our Higher Purpose hidden in our DNA. The Hologenetic Profile is the key to this portal.
And then, BAM ! it was love at first sight, the immediate certainty that I had finally found what I had been looking for over such a long time, and what I needed to go further on my personal and spiritual growth.
By the end of the conference, I downloaded my free Hologenetic Profile (date, time and place of birth are requested) as well as the 1st step of the Activation Sequence from the Golden Path. I also bought the Activation Sequence course then the Genius book (companion guide) to complete my library of wisdom books.
There are three complementary and independent paths in the Golden Path, although I encourage you to follow the Sequence in order:
- Part 1 : Genius (Activation Sequence): Purpose – fulfilling our Higher Purpose
- Part 2 : Love (Venus Sequence): Relationships – opening our hearts and keeping them open
- Part 3 : Prosperity (Pearl Sequence): Prosperity – harvesting our Pearl – bringing Grace and Fortune back into our lives
I have to admit that, at first, I was overwhelmed by the apparent complexity of this self-knowledge and personal development tool, which comes for the Chinese I Ching (Book of Changes), astrology, ancient wisdoms and Human Design! The terminology was completely new and my mind was not helpful – quite the contrary!
So I put the Gene Keys aside…until the day Richard presented the “Deep Dive into Genius“, a 4-month virtual retreat that he led. This enable more than 1000 participants from all over the world to travel together through the Activation Sequence with contemplations, meditations, webinars, meetings in small Zoom groups, personal work… I was able to move forward at my own pace while being lifted up by the energy of the group. It has been magical and I have made some deep and unlikely friendships all over the world!
I became familiar with the terminology, the way of interacting with each other and, above all, with the essence of the work: Contemplation, Gentleness, Patience and Enquiry. The Keys vibrate at 3 frequency levels: Shadow, Gift and Siddhi (fulfilment). In simple terms, Contemplation consists of recognising and welcoming our Shadows (the wounded parts of ourselves that we sometimes find difficultu to admit), of accepting and transmuting them to unlock the Gifts they conceal.
Then there were:
- the “Deep Dive into Love” (Venus Sequence) for 6 months;
- the discovery, the teaching and the integration of the Art of Contemplation;
- the transmission of the Seven Sacred Seals;
- the transmission of the Siddhi Mudras (Mudras are sacred hand postures that calm the mind and encourage concentration).
Beginning of November 2022, I was delighted and excited to meet up for 3 months with my “GK travelers” friends on the « Deep Dive into Prosperity » (Pearl Sequence). I also built new relationships!
In mid-September 2021, I have been blessed to join the French translation team to make this wisdom available to French speakers. It is a long-term job, given the numerous Gene Keys material (books, online courses, virtual retreats, audios, videos, articles, etc). Moreover, nothing is static, everything evolves! We strive to translate Richard’s transmission as poetically as possible, in the respect of the Gene Keys frequency. After concentrating our efforts on the free Hologenetic Profile, we began the Art of Contemplation translation and are undergoing final proofreading. a French-language website is planned and, in the meantime, we have set up a Facebook page (in French) so you can find us.
Finally, in September 2021, I have completed the “Guides” programme so that I can accompany you in French on this magnificent path which brings so much self-understanding and serenity. The first four Keys (Activation Sequence) relate to our Life’s Work, our Evolution, our Radiance and our Purpose. If you are wondering why you are here, no doubt you will find some answers. Importantly: I do not have any answers for you! I guide you with patience and gentleness so that you can find within yourself and through your life experiences the different patterns that occur to lead you towards the unfolding of your Gifts.
From November 2022 to April 2023, I participated in the Venus retreat in a different way: I was honoured to co-host community calls for the first time, in English and as well in French, my mother tongue.
And I went back! In November 2023, I joined the Dream Arc retreat, which relates the realm of dreams and animals…
